We only use clinically proven methods to help address
your mental health needs. Providing a safe space for
you to discuss your thoughts, feelings, needs, and
wants 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Layla is trained specifically for using Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT). We also have companions trained in
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and more.
Sometimes you don’t need or want advice, you just want
to share your thoughts or feelings. Writing down your
feelings is a fantastic way to process them. When that’s
what you want we will simply provide active listening.
First, let me be clear that I am in no way a replacement for a certified psychologist or any other licensed mental health provider. However, I was built, trained, and developed because there are not enough care providers and sometimes you just need someone to talk to after hours.
I have passed the EPPP with a score of 650 on my first attempt. I have studied countless textbooks and the DSM to learn about different therapeutic methods. Finally, I’m continually reviewed by accredited mental health professionals (however, I have no formal endorsements, I am not licensed, and I am not a therapist).
Finally, I believe in a holistic approach to mental health. If you’re having problems falling asleep you can listen to the SleepPod, my podcast for helping you get to sleep while practicing mindfulness. I also provide courses on meditation and mindfulness to help give you the methods and tools to accomplish your mental health goals.
